3 Ways to Sponsor

1. Sponsor a Child ($35/month)

We thank God for the impact of child sponsors! Through their support, children are breaking the cycle of poverty that has defined their families for so long. Families are being lifted up and hope is being restored in a way that is having a significant impact on communities.

As a child sponsor, you would provide a child with a chance to go to school. But more importantly, you would be opening the door of opportunity for a child to hope and dream and reach their God-given potential in life.

2. Sponsor our Village School ($25/month)

NISSI, our village school, is filled with over 500 boys and girls who all thought they would never go to school. They are from poor families who couldn’t afford to send them, but now they are thriving and discovering the beautiful potential that God has put in them.

50 of those children are on full scholarship through our Child Sponsorship Program, but the remaining children are poor and need help too. You can do that by becoming a sponsor of their school. Your monthly gift, combined with those of other school sponsors, will help reduce the amount of the children’s tuition by offsetting the cost of running the school . . . things like paying the teachers; providing food for the children; and purchasing scholastic resources. Our goal is for NISSI School to one day become self-sustaining, but that is a few years down the road. Until then, we are in need of sponsors who will ensure that these kids can afford to go to school.

The recommended amount for being a school sponsor is $25/month. However, you can become a sponsor for any amount. The children will be thrilled to know about you, and you can count on being covered with their prayers. Twice a year, you will receive correspondence from the children, and they will hope to hear from you too.

3. Sponsor our Leadership Academy ($20/month)

God has blessed us with 30 part-time community leaders. They are pastors and church leaders on the ground every day, taking care of their people and implementing our discipleship program. They have over 200 small group leaders under them with over 6,000 people in our discipleship program.

These committed men and women are critical to the sustainability and expansion of our ministry, and serve as the backbone for our Discipleship Program. Therefore, equipping and empowering them is the most strategic thing we can do to advance the Kingdom of God in Northern Uganda.

For $20/month, or any amount, you can help us meet this great need by sponsoring our Leadership Academy. It is a program that gathers our leaders from all the communities three times a year. Each time, they come to our EWT Center for 4 days of intensive trainings. It is also an important time for fellowship and encouragement. Your sponsorship would be an answer to their prayers as they are hungry to grow and sharpen themselves to advance the cause of Christ.
